Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Langue de Lion LLC. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories, if applicable.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and customer safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or show signs of use cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or otherwise required by applicable law.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products (unless defective).
  • Products showing signs of use.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products marked as non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the product if it is damaged or defective

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Please do not send products back without first receiving return authorization from us.


Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photographs clearly showing the issue so we can resolve it promptly.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined in this policy.


Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused or returned because an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges and any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
